Professor Cold Heart was the original enemy to the Care Bear’s when the series was produced by DIC. "I'm the coldest person in the world. I can't stand Care Bears because they care about feelings. If they would drink from my mug, I'd turn their feelings to ice!"


Professor Cold Heart’s assistant. He was never made into any kind of figurine or poseable to my knowledge.


He was the Care Bear’s Enemy created by Nelvana in the second Care Bear Series. He used his magic amulet to change shapes.


No Heart's niece, likes to cause problems for Beastly and also for the Care Bears. She is known for her shrieking when she is upset.


No Heart and Shrieky's sidekick. He usually screws up whatever he is supposed to do.
